Wannasiri Kongman and Jesse Dorsey met in 2004. He was a musician by profession, and she had just moved from Bangkok to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology. "Wannasiri instilled in me a great passion for handbags - we looked at them on the street and studied every detail together, almost obsessively" - describes Jesse in an interview with Vitkac representatives.
Two years later, in 2006, they showed their first BOYY collection, perfected in every detail in New York.
